The Beta Samplers Group is a hand-selected circle of serious coffee enthusiasts who want to be part of something bigger — helping shape the future of Brew Samplers Club from the ground up.
We are building something exceptional, and we are looking for the right people to be part of it. Beta Samplers are the foundation of that system.

What We Ask of You
- A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to share honest feedback
- A total membership investment of $1,000, structured as follows:
- $250 commitment deposit — due at the time of application approval to secure your spot
- $750 remaining balance — due once all Beta participants have been approved and the cohort is finalized
- Active participation in taste testing and community building
How Selection Works
We review every application personally. If you are selected, we will reach out directly with instructions to submit your $250 commitment deposit. The remaining $750 will be collected once the full cohort is confirmed. Spots are extremely limited and reserved for candidates who demonstrate a real interest in the craft.

Membership Fee & Refund Policy
This is a serious commitment and we take it seriously. Please read carefully before applying:
- If you are accepted into the Beta Samplers Group and choose to withdraw before any order has been placed or shipped to you, you will forfeit 50% of the total membership fee paid to date. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
- If you withdraw after an order has been placed and shipped to you, you forfeit the entire amount paid. No refund will be issued.
- By submitting your application and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

- Each box includes a rotating lineup of coffees from different roasters and regions—some you may know, and others you’ve never heard of. Every delivery brings something new to try, without committing to any one product.
- When you find a coffee you really enjoy, we’ll assist pausing your Sampler box Subscription and transition you into a Bulk Box Subscription with a full supply of that exact product.
- Using your survey responses (like how much coffee you drink), we send you a month’s worth of coffee—so you’re always stocked and never left scrambling.
- Feeling curious again? Just say the word, and we’ll restart your Sampler Box Subscription so you can discover new flavors whenever you like.
- With this system, you’ll always have your favorites on hand—and the freedom to explore whenever you want. It’s the perfect balance of reliability and adventure.

The Early Supporter Package offers an exclusive opportunity to be among the first to receive your box—before it becomes widely available. This package includes:
- a Brew Samplers Club t-shirt
- an 11 oz coffee mug
- and a 6 pk Sampler Box
This exclusive first release is limited to just 50 people, you’ll receive first priority.

When can I expect my Sampler Box?
Sampler Box Shipping Details
Regular Sampler Boxes will begin shipping once we reach our goal of 100 Pre-Orders.
For those who select the Early Supporter Package, you will first receive a Brew Samplers Club T-shirt and Mug within a couple of days of placing your order. Your Sampler Boxes will follow. Shipping for Early Supporter packages will begin once we reach 50 Pre-Orders.

Can I select the kind of coffee I want?
At this time, we do not yet offer the option for customers to select specific coffee brands or products, as we are still in the early stages of our launch. However, as our selection continues to grow, we fully intend to make personalized product choices available in the near future. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we build toward that experience.
In the meantime, the coffee survey you complete helps us better understand your preferences—and those of our broader community. Your input plays a key role in helping us source products that are in high demand and consistently requested.
