What is a Sampler Package?

Your Sampler Package is your passport to discovering a world of coffee—without the risk of committing to something you haven't tried yet.

As a Brew Samplers Club member, your package is curated based on your personal taste preferences. Each month, we send you a Sampler Package containing 2 coffee samples (Explorer) or 4 coffee samples (Connoisseur), each selected to match your preferences—so every delivery feels intentional, not random. No guesswork. No wasted bags. Just great coffee, matched to you.

Each month, your Sampler Package is accompanied by your Safety Net product — a trusted, familiar coffee you already know and love, ordered and purchased separately through your member account.

What is a Safety Net product?

Your Safety Net is a coffee you already know and trust — ordered and purchased separately through your member account, delivered alongside your Sampler Package each month. While your Sampler Package introduces you to something new, your Safety Net ensures you always have a reliable, go-to coffee on hand. No running out. No settling for something unfamiliar.

When you first join, your Safety Net is selected from our default options — a curated set of well-loved coffees available to all members.
As you explore your Sampler Packages, if you fall in love with one of your sample coffees, you can convert that sample into your Safety Net from your member account — and start receiving it in bulk quantities every month going forward.
If you're a heavy coffee drinker — 3 or more cups a day — you can also choose your Safety Net from our Brew for the Crew collection, designed for high-volume coffee lovers. As a member, you'll receive exclusive discounted pricing on Brew for the Crew products.
You can manage your Safety Net anytime from your member account — switch between previously saved Safety Nets, convert a new favorite, or return to the default options whenever you like.

Please note: Your Safety Net is a separate purchase and is not included in your membership subscription. You will be charged for your Safety Net order at the time it is placed.

How does it work?

Start by completing your Coffee Survey. Tell us your flavor preferences, roast level, strength, and brewing style—we'll use that to handpick your monthly selections.
Each month, we send you a Sampler Package — 2 curated coffee samples (Explorer) or 4 curated coffee samples (Connoisseur), each chosen to match your preferences. Your Safety Net product is ordered and purchased separately through your member account and ships alongside your Sampler Package.
After each delivery, you'll have the chance to leave a taste review of the coffees we sent you. Your feedback helps us continuously learn what you love—and what to skip—so every package gets better over time.
Fall in love with a sample? Convert it to your Safety Net from your member account and start receiving it in bulk every month.

Who is this for?

Brew Samplers Club is a membership-based experience. Whether you join as an Explorer (2 samples/month) or upgrade to Connoisseur (4 samples/month), your membership unlocks access to curated sampler packages, personalized coffee matching, and a growing library of discoveries—all tailored to you.

Can I select my own coffee products?

Sample coffees are always curated by us — that's by design. We handpick your monthly samples based on your survey responses and taste reviews so you can discover coffees you might never have chosen on your own. You cannot select your own sample products.

However, you are in full control of your Safety Net. You can select your Safety Net product directly from your member account — choose from our default options, convert a sample you've fallen in love with, or switch between any of your previously saved Safety Nets at any time. Heavy coffee drinkers (3+ cups/day) can also select from the Brew for the Crew collection and receive exclusive member pricing. Your Safety Net is ordered and paid for separately and is yours to manage.

What happens if I find a product I really love?

That's exactly what we're here for. When a sample really hits the spot, you can convert it to your Safety Net directly from your member account — and start receiving it in bulk quantities every month. Your Safety Net is ordered separately through your member account, so you're always in control of what you buy and when. You can also switch between previously saved Safety Nets or return to the default options anytime. Your coffee, your way.

How does membership pricing work?

Brew Samplers Club membership is available with monthly or annual billing — choose the option that works best for you. Here's the breakdown:

Explorer Membership (2 samples/month): $17.99/month or $119.98/year
Connoisseur Membership (4 samples/month): $24.99/month or $199.99/year

Your membership covers your curated Sampler Package costs — shipping is charged separately at the time of each order. Your Safety Net is a separate purchase and is not included in your membership. Refunds are available within 14 days of activation or renewal.

When do shipments go out?

First shipments will officially go out in January 2027. We are currently in a pre-launch phase and memberships are not yet active. Join the waitlist to secure your spot and be ready to go when we launch.

How can I get a discount on my membership?

The only way to receive 10% off your membership is to sign up for the waitlist. Waitlist members who sign up before December ends will receive an exclusive 10% discount code via email when we officially launch in January 2027 — valid only for wait-list members who provide an email address to send the code. This offer will not be available after we launch, so don't miss it.

What is the Waitlist?

Memberships are currently postponed until January 2027. Join our Waitlist to reserve your spot and be among the first to receive access when we officially launch.

Waitlist members who sign up before December ends will receive a 10% discount code delivered via email at launch — valid only for wait-list members who provide an email address to send the code. This is the only way to get 10% off your membership.
