  • Begin with our quick 1 minute Coffee Survey to tell us what you like—flavor notes, roast level, strength, and more. Your answers help us handpick a selection tailored to your taste.


  • Each box includes a rotating lineup of coffees from different roasters and regions—some you may know, and others you’ve never heard of. Every delivery brings something new to try, without committing to any one product.


  • When you find a coffee you really enjoy, we’ll assist pausing your Sampler box Subscription and transition you into a Bulk Box Subscription with a full supply of that exact product.


  • Using your survey responses (like how much coffee you drink), we send you a month’s worth of coffee—so you’re always stocked and never left scrambling.


  • Feeling curious again? Just say the word, and we’ll restart your Sampler Box Subscription so you can discover new flavors whenever you like.


  • With this system, you’ll always have your favorites on hand—and the freedom to explore whenever you want. It’s the perfect balance of reliability and adventure.

  1. Try multiple coffees in small quantities.
  2. We’ll switch you to a Bulk Box Subscription of your favorite blend—enough for the whole month.
  3. Switch back to the Sampler Box and explore fresh flavors again.


 

What is the Early Supporter Package?

The Early Supporter Package offers an exclusive opportunity to join the Sampler Box waitlist and be among the first to receive your box—before it becomes widely available. This package also includes a few bonus items, such as:

  • a Brew Samplers Club t-shirt

  • an 11 oz coffee mug

  • and a Founding Members Sampler Box

This exclusive first release is limited to just 50 people, you’ll receive first priority—your Sampler Box will ship before we fulfill any Sampler Box subscription orders.

How are coffee products selected?

We use your responses from the coffee survey to tailor selections to your taste preferences. Each Sampler Box includes a variety of products from different brands, giving you the chance to discover which coffees you enjoy most.

 

 

Can I select my own coffee products?

At this time, we do not yet offer the option for customers to select specific coffee brands or products, as we are still in the early stages of our launch. However, as our selection continues to grow, we fully intend to make personalized product choices available in the near future. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we build toward that experience.

In the meantime, the coffee survey you complete helps us better understand your preferences—and those of our broader community. Your input plays a key role in helping us source products that are in high demand and consistently requested.


 

What happens if I find a product I really love?

You can pause or cancel your Sampler Box Subscription anytime. And if one brew really hits the spot, we’ll help you subscribe to that specific product—so your favorite coffee is always stocked, no store runs needed.


 

When can I expect my first Sampler Box?

We haven’t started shipping Sampler Boxes yet, as we’re currently in the pre-order phase. To move forward with fulfillment, we’re aiming to reach at least 100 pre-orders for the Sampler Boxes, or sell a minimum of 50 Early Supporter Packages.

Shipping timelines depend on the plan you selected:

  • Sampler Box Subscription: Your box will ship once we hit our minimum order goal. The sooner we reach it, the sooner we can start fulfilling orders.

  • Early Supporter Package: Your T-shirt and mug will ship within a few days of your payment being processed. Your Sampler Box will follow once we reach at least 10 Early Supporter orders.

We’ll keep you updated on progress and ship as soon as we're able—thanks for helping us get this off the ground!


 

If I purchase a Sampler Box now, how will the subscription work next month?

Subscribe and Save or one time purchases– Your Choice!
You have the flexibility to choose what works best for you—either subscribe and save or start with a one-time purchase.

Try it out with a 6-pack or a 12-pack, no commitment required.

If you love it, you can come back and subscribe at any time to enjoy 20% off for the first 6 months, followed by 10% off every month after that.

No automatic charges—subscriptions only start when you choose to opt in.
